Lightweight LamLight cures fast and stays cool for better hatch and small part cosmetics and reduced labor costs

4901 LamLight Fast Cure Compound is formulated with premium polyester resins and advanced fillers.  It can be used as the primary laminating resin in two part compression applications for producing small parts.  The controlled exotherm and fast curing results in rapid part turnover and premium cosmetic finishes which are superior to parts made with other materials and processes.

Wet Out Female Half

Using 1.5% clear or disappearing red MEKP

Apply 60% of 4901

Over one or two continuous strand glass mats

Add Core & Glass

Press core, add more glass and remainder of 4901
